This episode segment...god damn. It was the one episode that truly drove me to tears. Just seeing Iroh trying to go about life in a happy and dignified way then quietly singing his son the lullaby and crying.
It broke my heart.

when i stopped and watched the episodes back to back on Netflix, i have to say, Iroh is one of my favorite characters: if not my Favorite. he is wise, strong, caring and always makes me smile. when i got to this point when i saw him making the grave for his son i just lost it. i didn't just cry a little, i truly wept. to see such a character feel that sorrow.

I totally agree with you & felt an amazing connection of Iroh's grief for his son with the passing of my father many years ago. It inspired me and I wanted to make my benediction to this amazing character

I loved that part of this episode.. I was wondering what were the words of his song in english.. In Italian they traslate it completely different from the original...it just doesn't make sense! -.-
