Description I'm finally working on the skills menu. With this, all menus will be fully functional in my game. Hooray.

I was looking at some other games for inspiration for how it should look (Persona mostly) and I got this really cool composition hit into my brain like a bolt of lightning. And I rode it, baby. Anyways, it'll have a large portrait of the character whose skills you're viewing, so I'll draw one for each person. It doesn't change based on class, so I'll only have to do seven of them. Yay yay.

I have no bloody idea what he's doing in the pose, okay. Way my brain works is: draw body piece by piece, make each part as DYNAMIC as possible. I just hate stiff and unnaturalistic poses, don't you? Reminds me of...

Well, that's why I draw weird poses all the time. Sure it's weird looking, but it's interesting. And it's physically possible to do yourself. That's all I care about. New game journal should come when I have a functional version of the ui done. I've already coded in items, along with adding in the alchemist, so it won't be as short as the last one.

Why is Joe's shirt more unbuttoned than usual? Well... it's been 23 years, and I've still never... it's getting to the point where even Joe is starting to look attractive. Man. I was more functional when I read 5 doujins a day in high school. I really do need to put this pent up energy somewhere....
