Not entirely sure about Hawlucha, but I'm gonna try training one first. Flying Press sounds like a fun move, though!Β
As for Dual-Typing, it sounds like Ice Brun and Freeze Shock would be Dual-Type moves, too.

Nicely done. I do have to say that Meowstic is my favorite from the new generation, though. I originally preferred the male design more, but the female design has really grown on me.

Yes kinda, it's based off luchadores which are professional wrestlers native to Mexico or other Spanish speaking countries. But, it's widely more known in other countries too. :3
It's also called Lucha Libre which means (free wrestling).
