Description:
Arc is the definition of 'strong, but silent'. For one, he's completely mute. In his conversion from fully organic beast to cyborg, his once mighty voice was taken away from him, something he still holds against his former slavers. And secondly, he's a completely brute. He's brutal, merciless, and overwhelmingly strong. Even as a natural creature, he was a formidable brawler. And now, as a partially metallic being, he's even more powerful. Armed with metal weapons, electric powers, and tough armor he's a juggernaut. But his savagery does have limits. He respects other warriors, especially those who can match or best him in battle. He will also leave those will no will to fight alone. It's unknown whether this is out of honor, or if he just doesn't want to waste time attacking creatures that are unwilling to stand up and fight back. However, if a lesser creature picks a fight with him, he won't hesitate to beat it down with all his strength. Arc is completely loyal to Rustred, obeying any command the machine gives. He greatly admires the Rusted One's passion for machine freedom, and respects his combat skills even more. This completely devotion has given Arc the reputation of being a modern knight thorough the galaxy, a skilled, passionate servant to a higher power. Despite Arc being half organic, Rustred likes his hatred of oppressors and sheer strength. The ancient machine treats him like a lackey, but secretly cherishes the cyborg as a companion and friend.

Arc's rarely spilled blood is a deep purple, the same color as his electric bolts.

Powers:
-Brawler: Arc is a supreme melee fighter, his size, mass, and incredible strength making him a true force to be reckoned with in battle; he is adapted at using his claws, teeth, and tail to beat down, tear down, and rip apart; this brutal fighting style is performed with a steady, durable slowness; a blow from Arc might take a while to land, but when it does, it hits hard
-Strength: Arc has massive strength, able to throw around monster his size or bigger like nothing
-Skull Helmet: Ripping a metal plate from his head years ago to signify his refusal to serve, Arc replaced it with the skull of a slain enemy, a mighty beast he came to respect; as well as having moderate defensive abilities, this ivory trophy can be used to deliver savage headbutts, and its deadly teeth can be used just as well as his actual teeth
-Meat Hook: one of Arc's arm ends in a vicious metal hook; he uses this hook to slash, severe, and even gut; purple electricity can be arced between the tip and the prong, frying the flesh that it parts
-Flail: Arc's other arm tappers into a long flail; the flail ends in a heavy, spiked mace; this weapon is very potent, used to club and restrain foes; can be electrified, something that is especially effective when foes are entangled in the chain
-Combat Leg: one of Arc's legs is spiked on both its knee and foot, making it a formidable form of attacks, jabs and kick slashing and piercing flesh; purple electricity can be arced from the spike on the knee and the spiked toe
-Thunder Tumbler: with a swipe or kick, Arc can turn electric conduction into a a tumbling sphere of electricity that can be thrown incredible distances
-Electric Consumption: electric discharges are drawn to Arc, and he can absorb and be empowered by them; both his physical strength and endurance are increased by taking in electricity; like the electricity surged through the cyborg's weapons, any of the long metal spikes of Arc's body can be charged as well
-Metallic Skeleton: Arc's skeletal system is entirely composed of an alien metal; this makes him extremely tough, and give his blows a hard edge
-Armor: Arc's shoulders, thigh, back, and tail are coated with tough alien metal; the bronzen armor conduct electricity extremely well, enhancing and helping Arc's power
-Muscle Mass: Arc is so dense and muscular, his body itself acts like armor; Piercing his dense flesh like like trying to pierce rock; this gives him incredible durability, able to take damage that would tear apart most kaiju while still standing, still advancing even
-Magnetism: Arc can make his body magnetic; this means machine are easy for him to deal with and he can actually levitate; he can even travel through space, engulfing himself in an electrical 'comet' of purple thunder; this crackling craft of static can also be used to hammer foes with the force of a hundred thunderstorms

Bio:
Captured as a might, dominant beast, Arc was changed by an alien race. While he was once the ruler of a huge territory, he was made into a slave by this race, a species he grew to hate immensely. He was given a metal skeleton, and synthetic weapons, as well as the ability to feed on electricity. They made him a potent weapon, even more powerful that he been before. But they also made a mistake- assuming Arc would be weak-willed enough to obey. Rebelling, the brute destroyed his creators and leveled their world in his fury. Nothing and no one was spared from his wrath. In an act of defiance, he ripped a metal helmet plate from his face as a sign of his freedom, exposing bare muscle and flesh to the world. Within a few weeks, it was replaced by the skull of a slain foe he had once fought, a rival that he respected and clashed with often. When his new body and powers proved to much for the beast, Arc took his head as a sign of respect, donning his skull as a trophy.

Only weeks after this event, Rustred arrived on the conquered world. He had come to free the planet's machines, but was shocked to find his job half done, the 'meatbags' destroyed and the machines ready to be liberated from mindlessness. Sensing the Rusted One's arrival on the world of his slavers, Arc appeared before the ancient robot. The two clashed briefly, matching metal, but soon paused in mutual respect and intrigue. Arc had heard of Rustred before, and now saw why so many revered him. Dropping to a knee, the cyborg made a silent offer to accompany the robotic revolutionist on his quest. He didn't want other beasts and machines to suffer the way he did. In awe of Arc's power and will, Rust' allowed the cyborg to join him on his journey. For years afterwords, the pair traversed the universe, leveling words and freeing enslaved machines, as well as the occasional cyborg upon Arc's request.

Eventually, the two targeted Earth. Seeing our wide and thoughtless use of electronic as simple, replaceable tools, the two became enraged and descended. Landing in Washington D.C., the robot and the cyborg waited to be confronted by the military, a small tradition they held. They liked the subjects of their power to fully know who they were dealing with. When the G.A.K.F. showed up and asked if they were hostile, Rustred spoke his first words to Mankind-

"No shit, Sherloc'."

With a short explanation of why they were here, he declared war on humanity. Together, Arc and Rust' lashed out, destroying the suburbs of D.C. Luckily, Jake, Plume, Reaper, and Avenger quickly opposed them, rushed from the G.A.K.F. headquarters. Although Arc could have easily taken out Jake and Avenger with his magnetism, Rustred insisted on taking them on. He wanted to deal with the 'traitors' himself. This left Arc to fight Plume and Reaper. Although the two fought valiantly, they were clearly outclassed by the brute, thrown and flipped about with seemingly no effort. He probably would have killed both if Rustred hadn't called a retreat, shocked by Avenger's refusal to rebel even with newfound sentience. Reluctantly, he left with his machine companion, leaving Earth and retreating into space.

The two made a base on the Moon. While Rustred sulked and moaned and reflected over why Avenger who choose the side of his slavers over his, Arc was left to train in silent solitude. Soon, they were contacted by the Nentuson. The alien race wanted them to help them conquer Earth. Because the race used no machinery, and Rust' wanted another shot at Avenger, they agreed.

When the Nentuson made their final move of Earth, Rust' and Arc dropped down into the U.S. Midwest, razing cities and suburbs without mercy. Avenger and Sid soon arrived, and the cyborg took on the tiny hero. Sid was incredibly in over his head, yet didn't back down, getting up each time Arc threw him down and attacking again. Even as he beat the human-mammal-reptile hybrid down like ordered to by his mechanical employer, Arc took no joy in the battle and slowly came to respect the little monster. He may not have had the raw power he usually looked for in a foe, buy he rivaled, if not surpassed, all of the cyborg's past enemies in will. Still, the brute was happy to see two more rise against him- Knothor and Konn Juntivi. The two alien warriors joined Side against the Rust's Shadow, yet the brutal beast was still too much. Like some primal god, Arc fended off all three attackers, each trying and failing to down the cyborg dozens of times. It was only when Rustred was defeated that the brute ceased. Rushing to his broken partner and gathering his remains, the cyborg ascended into space, desperate searching for a planet that would repair his employer and friend.

I'd go with the flail for a few punctures instead of full impalement by the hook.

I could always do a alternative kaiju, or just drop the whole thing (I'm a lazy ass sometimes).

Any of my guys would be fine, and really, I wouldn't mind the drop. It was a while back, and I've done plenty of favors without stuff in return.

Pretty cool, Hayes.

Thanks. Heh, throw Toho's Kong in there, and it's a pretty fair description.
