So, I decided to share how I would reimagine/remake the marvel mangaverse and sonicdom7 liked my idea for this world's captain america so much that they asked me to draw how they would look.

Quick bio: In this story, Takeshi Hoshizora(Meaning "Warrior" and "Starry Sky") is a young man that wants to help protect Japan's people from supernatural threats like wild yokai. He tries to become a samurai but his weak body makes that hard for him. He is later blessed by the Japanese diety "Hachiman" when he proves his valor. He stands up to a group of other samurai when they attempt to test their new blades on some innocent peasants via tsujigiri(This is a real thing samurai did btw. It's really fucked up)
Even though Takeshi was sickly and without a weapon of his own, he still stood up to them. To him, it doesn't matter what rank they are in the Feudal system. He doesn't like bullies. The peasants escaped but Takeshi was severly wounded from the fight and left to die until he was found by the god of warriors, Hachiman. Moved by his bravery, he not only healed Takeshi but also gave him superhuman abilities such as strength, agility and advanced healing. He also gifted him an unbreakable katana that would became the warrior's symbol.
Throughout Feudal Japan, Takeshi would protect those in need, whether from dangerous yokai or those who abused their power. That is, until he is imprisoned from hundreds of years by a sorceress. He would be freed and awaken in modern times when a group of explorers found the artifact he was trapped in and take on the role of "Captain Japan". Still defending his home and the home of others from evil.

The scars on Takeshi's face are from when he had almost died before Hachiman found him. I wanted to keep the star motif since Hoshizora means "Starry Sky" and said star motif is a thing with Cap and his variants. Having grown up in a poor family, Takeshi customized his armor with just some paint he found.
