Yes indeed, I ain't very accustomed to using different brushes. Have any advice on what sort I should use ?

I'm not an expert on digital art, only started 2 years ago. The smudge tool can be very effective and works with the same collection of brushes you have, depends on how you want to blend your colours. You can go from soft smudging to hard smudging, as well as jitter smudging, all give a very different effect depending on what brush you use with it.

As far as PS goes, you usually start off with a small collection of brushes. I recommend downloading more and experimenting on a test canvas to see what you prefer:

Those are brushes with saved settings.

But as I said, your use of the basic brush is very effective as it is.

Moi aussi je disais ça quand je regardais les travaux de Brit. Mais bon aucun doute que t'y arrives avec ce que tu fais là sans pipette et si peu de temps !
