It could be the total clash of character traits that makes it so enticing. You know, loud and brash vs quiet and polite. Outgoing vs slightly introverted. It's this juxtaposition (did I use it right? meh) that I think is what makes people flock to that kind of image. Even if you don't particularly support it, it's interesting to look at. Picture a block of ice on fire. The sight alone would be somewhat fascinating to watch.
At least this is what I figure. I don't know everything and I just stumbled upon this myself but I found every panel fairly cute in their own way.

Just a note, but since you have the right(which you do!) to post what you want, don't others have the right to comment what they want as well? People always want to through the 'if you don't like yoai,Yuri, etc then don't look card'
But it could just as easily be revered to , "If you don't want the negative comments don't post."

Look, I'm very well aware that I'm not going to please everyone, I don't think anyone can please everyone with what they do. Yes, everyone has the right to comment but let's not get beyond the line. What I just ask, and many other artists do as well, is that if someone doesn't like what they see they don't have to be mean about it. It's like they have this obligation to mention it no matter what. There's really no need to comment if you don't like something. There are plenty of things that I don't like but I don't make comments about it, I just leave and that's all, I don't have to be mean just to say I don't like what others draw. Hope I made my point clear without any trouble.

Now about the who 'obligation' thing. I'm pretty sure it would drive anyone insane to constantly see something you cant stand floating around the internet and then getting a whole bunch of positive attention for it.
For example lets just use...idk animal abuse for example? (I'm NOT in anyway saying this artwork is equivalent to animal abuse, but just hear me out.)
But anyway, if you were a person that hated animal abuse with a burning passion, and you came across a photo of it that got nothing but positive feedback. wouldn't you feel obligated to speak against it?
Now as i said before, i know that these pairings are on a much, MUCH, lesser scale than abusing animals but its the same overall principle that i'm trying to reach. I'm going to say that bribridash413 is someone who is most likely a christian who doesn't agree with Homosexual pairings in general. I'm not necessarily christian, but I can understand the frustration of seeing things that are bad or wrong and getting a bunch of positive feedback on it.
I hope that makes sense. and please note that i'm not trying to bash you in anyway. i'm just trying to shine some light on the subject ^_^

Comparing this to animal abuse even if you say it's in a low scale... you're calling my artwork offensive, you're just not saying it directly.
I would speak for something like animal cruelty because YES THAT IS WRONG. Now, just being spiteful to a homosexual couple, and not even official and it's a cartoon for god's sake, it's not even near offensive. It's not like I'm decapitating the characters here like some artists do! Now THAT is wrong and sick!
Excuse me? Did I just read this right? You think homosexuality is bad and wrong?? I'm a christian woman and I have an open mind that homosexuality isn't wrong, that's some stupid taboo society came up with.

There must be some better alternative to simply saying it's disgusting. You could be the bigger person in the situation and just turn away. I know. I don't speak for everyone in a religious group or those who hold personal beliefs that have nothing to do with religion (hey, some people just don't like stuff. *shrug*) but I have learned this in my almost 20 years of life on this planet: Forcing opinions on other people can be rude in its own way. Now I know you weren't going 'This is gay and wrong and you should agree with me' because very few people are so blatant, but if you don't like some forms of art then just search something else. *shrug again* Everyone has the right to upload their vision of art to this website and it would just be the polite to simply see what you don't like and turn the other cheek and go somewhere else. It may have been a bit of a mean joke to leave that little 'eww' icon as well, because it's like a middle finger towards what must have been a lot of hard work to draw. *sigh* I know. Everyone has the right of free speech and life would be scary if no one was allowed to do that, but there has to be a difference between 'I have a right to express my personal opinion' and 'I can say whatever I want to you no matter if it comes off as mean because it's my opinion'. I didn't mean to type so much and I'm sorry if I made myself sound like an idiot, but I just wanted to enjoy the art on this website and I hate that people argue over what can be acceptable as art when all we want to do is create what's in our mind and share it through this fantastic website. *holds out hand* Can we agree to let bygones be bygones?
