The voice of Abyssal Rider drifts in from the great beyond: "Cotton Cloud, or should I now call you Cloaked Darkness? You underwent your transformation. Silver is now experiencing hers. Her first of many. I warned you long ago that your daughter never meant to be the heiress to an empire of darkness and madness. Her destiny is by far more sacred. We, the Order of Eternity, have been waiting for the rebirth of our leader, our Princess, since the great Master Moochick first foretold of her return, and that it would herald a new age of light, love, prosperity, unity, healing and forgiveness. And long did we wait for her return. It was foretold that our Princess' great light would be born out of a great and terrible darkness, and that many would fall to and from that darkness before she could realize who she truly was. Crystal Cirrus and I and others you have yet to know, were tasked with protecting her and mentoring her until that day came. And now....the prophecies are coming to pass. All beings rejoice, for salvation is at hand! The return our Princess is near!"

Do what you will with the cyber arm as I trust your judgement now." *Silver flies off into the clouds* "We never took your daughter from you Mad Cloak....your own mad ambitions pushed her away! She leaves you of her own accord now, and is no longer a filly....she is a full grown mare, who is strong and independent. Making her own choices." *retracts wing and takes to the air* "And you should know that there are yet more mentors and guardians you will face should you continue this path of darkness. Rider and I were only the beginning.

And without the right frequency buffer well magi-tech wont work in here."

*smiles and shakes her head*
"Maturity is not found with a cutie mark, Mad-Cloak. It is found in the choices we make. You are right in that it is NOT madness to choose your own destiny. Your chose Darkness and Evil. THAT is your madness. And Silver has made her choice. Nopony forced her to become what she is now. She saw what you chose to be, and decided that was not her destiny. Her choice alone. She found Rider on her own, and she found me on her own. By her own choice."
*looks at the anti-magic dome*
"As for this little bubble you have made...... "
*positions wing for diagonal cut*
"Rider used magic, and that is why he fell. I don't need magic to combat you. And for that matter I never have used magic on you or anypony in combat. My power comes from something greater than magic or technology."
*slashes the dome opening a small hole and exits through it*
"It is something pure and sacred....something you can never understand. Rider chose not to use it to spare your life Mad-Cloak. He feared his power would grow out of control like a flood tide of the sea....and he died for it. But I am the wind. I am not so restrained. And nopony can stop the wind."
*Crystal Cirrus disappears into a cirrus cloud, and her voice now echos in the sky*
"This shall be the last time you and I face each other Mad-Cloak. It will not be my place to judge you.....it will be Silvers."

Her tail almost me think Rainbow, bust her coat and eyes are throwing me.

In regards to who she is yelling at it is her mad scientist (attempting to take over Equestia) mother. Also her tail is not normally like that you have to ask about the tail her eyes are heterochromatic (different colors) because she inherited that trait from although she has one eye color like mad cloaks (red) and the other like Derpy (yellow) who is her other mother (mad cloak used some high end gene splicing to create her daughter)
