Knuckles: *he lifts Sophie's chin up a little to get a good look at Sophie's face and this caught Sophie off guard*

Sophie: Knux!? What are you-? *she noticed that Knuckles was staring right at her which made her not finish sentence until she slipped out the word she was going to say before she was caught off guard* doing?

Knuckles: *in his head* (I want to kiss her so bad but..How can I...? I'm too shy to show her how much I love her...*the more he looked deep into her dark brown eyes, the more nervous he got* she is one pretty girl, but yet I can't kiss her...

It was really quite between the two, which made it awkward between them. Finally knuckles broke the silence with a long sigh escaping from his lips

Knuckles: *sigh* *in his head* (Don't back out now, Knuckles you need to show her that you love her...by kissing her.)

Sophie: *Sophie made this confused look on her face when she saw him look away from her**in her head* (Is he trying to kiss me...? This could be why he lifted my chin...maybe if-)

Before Sophie could finish what she was thinking, Knuckles came closer to her and gently held her muzzle closer to his. Sophie and Knuckles locked eyes together, Sophie didn't expected this to happened so this caught her off guard again because he's so close to her.

Knuckles: *in his head* (No, I'm going to kiss her! I don't want to let her to think I'm afraid!)

Sophie: !? *in her head* (Is he....going to do it??)

Knuckles came in closer while pulling Sophie in closer to him. As nervous as he was, he fought through it and was brave enough to kiss her. I had the courage to tell her something he's been wanting to say to her.

Knuckles: Sophie...*he is so close to kissing her as he got closer and closer*

Sophie's heart started to pound and race all at the same time, she was getting nervous as he is super close to her face. She began to breathe heavily as she got super tense with Knuckles' hot lips almost touching hers.

Knuckles: I...I...

Finally, Knuckles' lips touched hers at last, his lips felt soft and smooth that Sophie didn't know what to do, but she really enjoyed this amazing kiss she has ever gotten from him. When his lips stop touching hers for a second, little of his breath escaped from his lips when he managed to say: "I love you, my little emerald..." Before Knuckles could kiss her again she managed to say: "Knux...I love you too...Knuxie." Once again their lips touched each other once more, then for a while Sophie's tongue started to touch his tongue making his tongue dance around in his mouth along with hers. A moan escaped from Knuckles' lips, but Sophie didn't care she moaned right back as they continue to share their hot kisses to each other.
