I've been binge-watching Sailor Moon, recently and I was thinking since Pluto and Ceres are now considered dwarf planets, how about a spin-off about them. I only drew Pluto and Ceres (CereCere) because they are the only ones that are canon.
I couldn't really think of any others, because I don't want to come up with new ones and a lot of pre-existing Sailor Moon OCs kind of suck (no offense). Also, don't you DARE try to pass a fan character off as legit!

Also, my long time fans will notice some similarities in Ceres appearance to a drawing I did of her ages ago....
