Description
HT AR-66 Desert Master

Designed for use in open spaces with little or no cover, the design is a throwback to the old Battle Rifles of the mid 20th century. Featuring a long heavy barrel as standard and chambered for the 6.8 mm Remington SPC, giving the weapon comparable comparable range and stopping power to battle rifles, while making it easier to manage under burst and full auto fire.

Top:
Basic Rifle with attached forearm grip and bi-pod. The grip is strongly recommended while engaging in fire and manoeuvre to help keep the weapons barrel climb in check, also the bi-pod is strongly recommended when expecting to be prone or near a resting point to provide stability and take some of the weight off the soldier to prolong endurance

Second
Tactical load out adds a hybrid holographic/ACOG sight to the above setup to improve accuracy at longer ranges.

Third
Grenadier variant swaps out the grip and bipod, replacing them with an under barrel grenade launcher (depicted is a M203 variant designed to work with this weapon along with the same version in a stock cradle)

Fourth
Marksman Variant, replaces the hybrid sight with a high power sight and removes the forearm grip to maximise the weapon's aiming range while on the bi-pod.

My first venture into using the Pimp My Gun website. So far it seems cool and intuitive. With the rendered image the issue I have with it is that i seem to have quite an ugly seam between the receiver assembly and the hand guard / barrel shroud
