Highly doubt that Chico would laugh at him though... Oh dear, I think he would actually get all flustered and help him get his hair right or try to convince him to go to a hairdresser to get a 'proper haircut': Mostly a natural colour and some unnoticeable, run-of-the-mill cut.
Anyway, Rodney should wear his hair like this more often
