I stumbled over your gallery on complete accident tonight and instantly fell in love with your Heads Up series. I clicked on the DC folder hoping to find a Green Arrow tucked away in there! 
As for the boxing glove arrow... maybe play with it around the bottom half of the border? In one of the corners maybe? I'm such a sucker for breaking border walls so just tell my imagination to bugger off if you tried that already.
