People can compliment the technical aspect of a piece of art all they want, but good quality is meaningless without the statement only a piece of art can make & the impression it leaves on everyone that sees it.

I found this by doing a search on "searching+looking" & it struck me as soon as I glanced at the search results. No words could really sum up how I was feeling (not even the ones that led me here lol), but this photo did just that. I hope you don't mind my e-mailing it to someone I was trying to communicate with. Our communication skills are awful. I think we understand each other better through art. Thanks for being one of the great DA artists that have helped me express myself when words failed. & I can't exactly find something I have done myself (in the past) & use it to help someone understand me RIGHT NOW. (It just doesn't usually work that way anyway... what musician carries their own albums in their portable music collection? Am I right? lol) No matter what I do, I will always need the work of others (be it literary or visual) to help me understand myself & communicate with the world around me. Thanks to everyone in the DA community for sharing & keeping it real.

that is a beautiful shot. where are you from? i want to go around europe again, only not in a gigantic tour group... but instead with some close friends, so i can pause and take pictures like this. europe is perfect for that.
