Now, I want to say that this is absolutely adorable! I love this style, and the Sapphire looks precious in it ^^
If I were to suggest a few things, however, I would have to say that the bottom of the dress is not very distinguished from the top, and looks like a stripe instead of the inside. You may want to make the hem a bit rounder, and have the edges cover some more at the ends, if that makes sense?
You may also want to lower the elbows a bit, the upper arms are a little small.
However, I think it looks great, and I like the sketchy look of it. Keep up the good work!
