I envy Cinderella for having a fairy godmother. With just one flick of the wand, she is instantly beautiful. As for me I am just human, not some lucky fairytale character. I have bad hair days, I take time to decide what clothes to wear, I am not a princess and most of all, I am not beautiful.
A part of my life was supposed to be a fairytale. The part where I kiss a frog and it turns into a prince. Or wake up from a curse because of true love's first kiss, or to be rescued by a knight from a tall tower, or to see the world in a flying carpet. But what happened?
Somehow that part is all messed up and things are not happening the way they are supposed to. My real prince never came, leaving me in a long time of isolation and loneliness. Instead, I met many ogres disguised as my prince. Love was never there and I quietly protected my half to give to the Chosen One someday..

This is far better than your newest. The belending is very good and I love the strong but still dark colours.
