This is the Image, and Direction, I want to take my art, goals, my entire art career in.

I want EVERYONE to play BIG in their OWN ADVENTURE.

YOU are your own Protagonist.
YOU are the hero of your own story.

Don't settle for a side character, an NPC, or even a midboss.
You're not a henchman or the castle servant.

You are the knight, the princess, the villain.
You are the dragon.

I'll say it as many times, and in as many ways, as I need to,
Because I believe this message can really change the world.

I became aware of how important this mission was after reading
Jane McGonigal's book, "Reality is Broken". Agree or disagree
with her, finding ways to take what is successful and enjoyable
in gaming and applying it to the real world is a fresh and
fascinating approach.

Things like

Put our personal strengths to better use,
To things we're good at and enjoy,
With clearer missions
And Improved chances of success,
In which we build stronger social bonds that lead to more active social networks,
and become part of something bigger, giving epic meaning to our actions.

Lets share stories in which we stopped thinking of ourselves as
small, our needs unimportant, our contribution insignificant, and
we started to play big in our own Adventure. Let's talk about
ways in which we can transform our lives and the world we live
in.

I'm working on this in concert with my Commission Quest game
(learn more here [link] ) My goal is to empower others by helping
them think of themselves as powerful in their own Stories.
Because when we all "Show Up To Play", we can change the world,
together.
