NO VOTE TODAY
The new plan is that every page will get two days of development. The first day will be linework, the second day will be color and polish.
On days where I can think of something to give the page a little more pizazz or polish... say an animation or something like that, I'll open the polls for a vote.
Today there isn't really anything I can think of that I want to do beyond what I've got here, so no vote. But on some of the future pages there will be some great animation possibilities.
We'll see how it goes!

Also having started recently watching Doctor Who recently makes me think of the first episode of the 9th Doctor and the newer series, which involves Autons, which are living plastic usually taking the form of mannequins.
