Getting into some prep for the next section of SL and, while I don't have a page to show, I -DO- have some actual Pokemn designs to share. This was actually really fun, and I look forward to implementing them in the story ^^xoxo

Ugh...the Galvantula's eyes are creepily accurate to a real spider. Other than that, love the all the designs.

Ah, thanks (I think). Yes, I see how you mean the rendering is much more realistic. The placement is a bit off though... based on jumping spiders anyway (which is what I was referencing).

They generally have two large eyes in the center with the smaller eyes circling around the head.

That pic...literally made me...jump out of my chair. I don't mind spiders at all, but those EYES always give the creeps.
But there is nothing wrong with how you did your drawing, what I said was meant as a 100% honest compliment. And it's your interpretation on, and there ain't nothing wrong with it. Keep drawing the way you love to draw and never let anyone say that what you do is wrong. I enjoy reading your stories, and you making your own universe in pokemon is great. Keep it up.

Good to know you're keeping pokemon heights in check. My first time drawing one with a human without height gauging ended up with an enormous Gyarados beyond the usual size. X) Also, love your pokemon style.

I was kinda of expecting the legal stuff, but you caught me off guard with the will to change their original look for fun. Now that you said, it makes more sense the menacing look on them, it glues perfectly with the vibe the storye is getting. Thanks hart!

I must say, I am LOVING the designs on the two spider pokemon! Galvantula has the right blend of cuteness from the original design and aspects of real tarantulas. Ariados just looks so sleek! As for Tangela? Probably my favorite interpretation of the little grass ball I've seen to date.
