Hope this pattern is helpful! This is my first time making a digital pattern and I hope it's at least helpful.

How to use the pattern:
-Print out the pattern
-Trace pieces onto EVA foam
-Sand and dremel the pieces to get your desired shape
-Cut out shallow channels along the black dashed lines on the back of the EVA foam
-Cut out the 8 holes
-Connect the center top and center bottom using contact cement
-Put contact cement in the channels and bend the foam to make the channels touch (I hope that makes sense)
-Make thin cuts along the vertical lines and use a heat gun to make them expand
-Attach the "flippers" onto the mask using contact cement

From there, you can decide how you want to have the mask have a strap along the back. Also, you can adjust the shape of the mask using a heat gun and bending the mask.
