You don't need to be breastfeeding to lactate, some people do it naturally, others take medication to stimulate lactation. Β I know of at least one woman who used medication to have milk available while having a very nice, toned figure from gyming.

Haha I think it's super weird that some people think this sort of thing is sexy. I mean jeez people that 'milkshake' is for babies... wtf? xD In fact, boobs just don't even do that! But it was what the commissioner wanted and the artist did a really good job of making it look like it makes sense. Aside from the weirdness, I guess it's actually quite a pretty piece.
