I really made a disaster in my kitchen to make this picture xD
But I just put the cup under the water in the sink.. and when the glass was full, I took the photo

Oh....................my......................gosh.............thats bloody amazing, I wish I could take photography like that <3. What did you do, move the cup back instantaniously and then have the camera take the shot with in that split second moment haha
