how did you make the ears and with what?

Thanks for the compliment ^_^. I cut and bent a wire hanger to make the basic shapes, used masking tape to flesh it out, then sculpted-over the frame with paperclay. The ears were then attached to a strip on nylon that is worn underneath my wig, and embellished with acrylic paint and bits of a feather boa.
