Off our balcony again...Sorry for all thise sunset photos!
The water was so calm on this particular day that it was very reflective. I used a polarizor to capture the colors.

its good but I think the water is too dominating, leaving the sun and the sky too little space!
I think if the sky would have had at least twice as much space on the picture as it has now this picture would have been 100times better
But thats just my 2cents!

The sky wasn't nearly as interesting as the water in this case which is why I framed the photo like this. The ocean was so calm that when the boat went by everything turned to swirls--so neat.

yes but even if it would be just plain black it would have made the picture so much better i think, its just that the composition of the picture would in my eyes be better with more sky, it looks too crowded this way

This is definitely my favorite of your sunset photos! The curving wake from the boat in the foreground give the image a tiny sense of movement, just enough to keep the viewer interested more than in just a plain sunset photo. Also, the other boat off in the distance gives the image a depth beyond just water and sun. Beautifully captured.

WOW, the orange/pink is amazing! And you did capture the color quite brilliantly! The random positions of the boats is also a nice touch! Randomness is good.
