A powerful meal like Rosalina doesn't come along too often, whoever manages to slurp her down is surely in for a nourishing and refreshing treat haha

Even with all of Rosalina's power and glory, Β her calm demeanor broke and she got so desperate in those last moments...so many things had to be rushing through her mind during that inital "pump".Β 
And Daisy just casually stood there and watched as she withered away lol

Didn't notice this before, but that's a nice touch of having Rosalina clawing at the ground, she's really feeling it!

Thanks I had a blast doing these pages and I was really happy with rosalina's posing especially. I loved that her personality did a 180 in a moment of mortal peril too!

Can't really blame Rosalina, I think just about anyone in her situation would've gotten desperate, probably...

Speaking of posing, what position do you prefer to draw victims in, in absorption art?

I'm a big fan of having the victim suspended in the air stabbed in the chest, neck or head and drained as articles of clothing fall off one by one. I do like to change it up though.

That's a really good angle imo...you can see everything clearly, then there's the added bonus of clothing sliding off, as the victim gets more shriveled and shriveled.

Can't say that I've ever seen an absorption start from the victim being stabbed in the head tho
