Description
The mysterious commissioner "Mr.T" wanted to see this scene featuring the characters Hotarubi from Basilisk and Okoi from Ninjascroll. Not much else to add since I havent seen the series, but I like the purple outfit design, I will probably use something similar in the future design

Looks more the wheel of "misfortune" to me, at least for the lady strapped inside of it.
Only one minor criticism I can think of: is there enough room underneath to allow the captive (I don't know which named character is which) to pass through if her captor spins the wheel? Looks like there isn't enough room for her to 'scrape by'. What a lost opportunity for the captor. Hmmm... maybe that's why she looks so unhappy?
All in all though, a pretty neat rendition.

Heh heh, you know, the bondage apparatus may be a new one, but I like the bonds... BOTH girls look all kinds of excellent here. I like how the straps cover JUST enough of her, in all the right places...
