Personality: Though he looks like a serious type, he's actually lazy and unmotivated. If given the opportunity he would sit around all day. He thinks working is annoying and usually can't be bothered to get up and do anything without Victoria's constant pestering. Easily irritated but that rarely progresses into actually being mad at someone.
Likes: Sleeping.
Dislikes: Victoria.
Background Story: Having a goal was too much effort for him, Victor would just drift through things without really paying attention or caring. His parents were worried he would turn into an antisocial recluse and teachers feared he would drop out and become a drifter. His winding path to nowhere was changed abruptly when he came home one day with a weapon following him like a lost puppy. Victoria pushed him into becoming a proper Technician and helping her to become a Death Scythe. Though he wouln't admit it to Victoria, he's starting to enjoy having a goal.

Dislikes: How often she is mistaken for being much younger than she actually is.
Background Story: Victoria had a dream to become the greatest Death Scythe ever created but could never seem to find a Technician that would suit her. Her hyperactive tendencies would clash with most and the two would end up competing. After a few failed partnerships she began to fear that her dream would never be realized. She had had enough with bossy Technicians. Until she met the uninspired Victor.

Level: 1
Meeting: Victor would constantly skip class. He would rather sit around and do nothing or sleep. Victoria would spend her days playing on a swingset by herself while she searched for a new Technician. It was a chance meeting that the two ran into each other. Victor's normal route from school to home had been blocked by construction. The new route he was forced to take took him by the park where Victoria played alone. The girl caught one look at the Technician and assumed they were meant to be. Similiar hair colors and when she heard his name she was convinced. She began following him constantly. As soon as he left the house she was there, proclaiming how they were destined to be partners. He ignored her. This went on for some time. Eventually Victor grew tired of it and just to make her shut up he agreed. The two became partners.
