Commissioned by my buddy Craig H.Fan art from one of my personal favorite games on the Sega CD,Road Avenger/Road Blaster.

I can't wait until the book finally comes out; that would bring the game back in the spotlight as well as perhaps make a sequel; the game had a great storyline.
What I don't like is that they sort of made the main character out to be the Lieutenant of the task force pursuing the gang... I thought it was original as this guy being a pencil pushing corporate executive. Having no skills of combat training and law enforcement of any kind; just a guy who comes into work with a suit, a tie, and a briefcase.
And then driven by rage from the death of his wife he never came back to work after his tragic honeymoon; he cut off all contact with his friends, relatives, and most importantly his colleagues; he sold off his house closed his accounts and spent the rest of his days pursuing the gang responsible when it's just him, his trans am look-a-like supercharging machine, the his late wives wedding band, and the open road.

Cool Fact: The Car that you drive throughout most of the game is a Pontiac Firebird trans Am. Its sounds like a Dodge Viper in the game though.

The car later made a cameo in the beginning of Double Dragon arcade, due to both games created by the same person. The chopper from Thunder Storm / Cobra Command appeared at the beginning of Double Dragon II: The Revenge arcade.

Awesome. Makes me wish they'd done some kind of remake of this game.

Even if they don't do an anime; the creators of the Ken's Rage (first edition) did a great character design; those people would do a great job with it.
However, let's hope that maybe J-Walk can compose some similar material..
