Description
Another creation connected on-and-off to my PW/WK "universe" is Dogstar, my "anthro Superman." Once a member of an extraterrestrial peacekeeping organization, he was banished to the edge of the galaxy for use of excessive force and given the task of "educating the backwater natuve primitives in the ways of galactic harmony," otherwise known as conquering and subjugating whatever world he happend to crash into. Genetically rebuilt into a form that most closely resembles both his natural canid race and the natives of the planet he landed on, he ended up rejecting the race that discarded him in order to protect his new home and the natives he came to love and admire from their eventual invasion.
He was originally created for a non-anthro Heroes Unlimited game working alogside humans, but I realized about the same time I decided to forgo making another "anthro X-Men" (a subject done repeatedly and finally perfected by Shawntae Howard's "Extinctioners") that, although NUMEROUS parodies abound, there never has truly been an anthropomorphic answer to Superman that took the concept seriously, so I decided to move him onto my "Wildheart" Earth and put him on the roster of my "anthro Justice League," the Wild Knights.
