Description
A desolate valley has Krystal finding a rather large and tall black monolith that was as tall as a skyscraper. Imbedded in the monolith was a type of unit. As she closely examines it, Krystal sees that is a panel of a CPU. She then notices that the CPU can be removed from the monolith.However, something in her mind is telling Krystal that there's something particularly wrong about this unit. After remembering about a certain doomed craft that had a similar unit, she figures it's best to leave it where it is. Could this unit be the same one? Krystal feels it's best not to find out.

Krystal: No further questions. I better move on.
(Krystal passes the monolith to continue exploring.)

HAL: Wait. I have a message for your government, one which may be crucial for your own survival.

Krystal: All right, Hal. Let's hear it. But first...
(Krystal tapson her belt buckle.)
Stinger, prepare to record this message.
Stinger: All set, Krystal.
Krystal to Hal: Let's hear it.

HAL: Europa must remain uncolonized. It is imperative that that message reaches your government. Do not fail to deliver this message.

Krystal: My question is why?
👍: 0 ⏩: 1
HAL: That much I cannot say. I am only a splinter of the original HAL, and do not have all of his memories, only this simple set of orders.

Krystal: Very well, then. I'll make sure this message is sent. Stinger, one to beam up.
Stinger: Right away, Krystal.
(Krystal then disappears from the area of the monolith.)

Ah, so this is the "quick brown fox" he was talking about. Strange, she doesn't look brown to me.
Never thought I'd see Starfox and 2001 come together. Not that that's a bad thing
