Slowly but surely, Krystal, Renamon, Snuffles and the three Spectrum Foxes follow the corridor to yet another dungeon. Along the way, the wand glows bright, which means another Spectrum Fox is nearby. As the party peeks in, they see a cell with more captives. Among them was a duck, a yellow bird that appears to be larger than an ostrich and a small purple fox with stars on her fur.

"Is that...?" asks Krystal.

"Yes, that's Magina, the Fairy Fox," says Pyro. "She would produce great magic when we're all together."

"So your weakness is when you get separated?" asks Renamon.

"Not really," says Nightshadow. "But once we're together, our ability will be restored when we touch the wand together."

"So this wand is the source of your power?" asks Krystal.

"Yes," says Glacinda. "But the power can only be release by the one who brings us together."

"And right now, that one is you, Krystal," says Renamon.

"Let's see if he can help those captives," says Krystal.

Just as the party enters the dungeon, the are suddenly confronted by what looks like a robot holding a gun. Although the robot was standing guard, it does look like it was put together with leftovers from a recycling plant.

"Halt!" says the robot. You are in the presence of KlanK!"

"So this is the KlanK the skunk was telling me about," says Krystal.

"Surrender now!" says KlanK holding its gun. "Resistance is futile!"
