Coloring lines can be a bit tricky, coloring lines of a certain figure or element can push it into the background or the foreground, dependent on the temperature of the color and how you do it.

In this piece you do it well in some places and not so much in others.

First the problems i see with it.

You have the green monster thing up top, where he's got a strong black outline and a slightly darker green inner lines. While this can work. You have the monster surrounded by darker lines than the monster interior which makes the interior of the monsters line get pushed back.

The same goes for parts of the girls costume, some of the girl's skin. It just feels out of place. You might want to try doing one single color for the character, (with a few minor other colors to highlight certain things such as her hand, THAT works.

The background elements with the exclusion of the extreme background are pretty nice, they flow and they look pretty good. I wish you'd have put some fx on the tv scanlines. That'd make them really pop.

One thing I might suggest, is cutting the picture appart into seperate layers, into Front, midground, etc. It keeps the page more manageable and you won't have overlay like you do with that character who's lines are glowing (they overlap right about her thighs)

As for your rendering of the page,

Not bad, it's fairly typical, I'd like to see some more harder edges and shadows, as opposed to all airbrushed. I'd like to see some light effecting her from the tv's

Your glow work on sfx is pretty decent, but could stand to use a little more study. As well as your color relativity. I always recommend [link] as it helps immeasurably.

Great work. Keep at it.
