This is Chimera, the villain of my spy animals AU
He's a literal chimera due to a lab accident in high school that mutated him into a hybrid of a wolf, a fish, a rattle snake, a crocodile, a monkey, a bat, a deer, a falcon, a jackal, a komodo dragon, and a Tasmanian Devil.
He's the kind of guy who would blast hurtful/inappropriate music at an emotional motivation talk show, push someone in a wheelchair down an escalator for fun, or simply just break into people's homes just to clog their toilets, but he's also pretty winey and temperamental kinda like cobra commander from G.I Joe, Dr. Drakken, or Skeletor, And has a tendency to get really upset when he loses a fight.
