the Devils brother Demongo ran away from home when he was 26, and when he first arrived in Limbo with his imp henchman Ace, he found three six-year-old Voodoo demons (two boys and one girl) huddled together against a big rock crying, falling apart, and the two boys were barely wearing any clothes. He may have been harsh but he wasn't heartless and he decided to go over to them and see if they were alright. the children were scared of him at first but when Demongo stitched them back up, they realized he wasn't a threat. even though Demongo didn't speak Voodoo, he could tell that they were orphans, and he couldn't just leave them all alone, so he named them Buttons, Patches, and Stitches, and he let them tag along with him on his journey to find a new place to stay. after a while Demongo soon became the lord of Limbo and Buttons, Patches, and Stitches learned how to speak English and soon became his advisors. and that's the story of how Demongo met his main three Voodoo demons
