well this cake sorta looks like that other hat hatter cake i did a while back but the color scheme for the party was the same soooo oh well!

very easy to make at home
microwave a pack of marshmallows with a tablespoon of water... mix till smooth... slowly add about 4 cups of icing sugar ( confectioners sugar) while stirring
kneed together well
wrap in cling film
put in snap lock airtight bag
store cool dry place... not fridge
easy
