It's just habit for Papyrus to take care of Sans by now. He doesn't even realize he's doing it.I really wanted to try my hand at drawing Waterfall. I hope I did it justice.

That moment when you take care of your brother so much that you don’t even realize you’re doing it.
I love how Sans is just looking at him so peacefully and Papyrus just looks like he doesn’t have a care in the world. The shading and lighting depicted help give this piece such a tranquil feeling. Waterfall has always been my favorite biome mostly for that reason and you captured that perfectly. These two are together, and there’s nothing for them to worry about right now. I love it.

You captured their personalities so well! Sans looks tired and his smile seems strained, but it's a little easier to keep smiling when he's around Papyrus, and I can see the gratitude and admiration in his face.
Papyrus, meanwhile, is so energetic and cheerfully oblivious, but still looking after his brother even if he doesn't realize why Sans needs it so much.
Also, your echo flowers are gorgeous.
