That's actually not too shabby (assuming the ability is Hydration). As it is a damage-absorber, you might consider Infestation over Dragon Breath as that will trap foes, deal residual damage over time, and cant be blocked by type immunity. It will also save you Power Points for Rest as the foe will still be taking damage while you heal back up.
It's still far from the competitive norm/not 'optimized' but tat doesn't mean it cant be useful.

Oh yeah no, I definitely wouldn't use her in any competitive scene. 99.9% of my battles are at the Battle Maison, specifically the Super Triple Battle. I do like Dragon Breath (that paralyze hax can be a Godsend), but I can definitely see Infestation being useful too. Thanks!

well if you're grinding for battle points, I can share a super triples team that has me on a 2034 streak and going strong (no joke. I can upload a screen cap if you want it). It's not my own design, but the Battle Maison AI literally falls to pieces against it.

Nah, I gotta win with my band of losers. haha I am emotionally invested in those dorks! There's about 30 of them, some from every generation. One of them is even my Swampert from the original 2002 Sapphire Version. It's been incredibly difficult, and I don't think I've ever made it past 30, but I believe in them. We pull out every trick in the book to claw through every victory. Someday we'll make it to 50, that's the dream.

Heh, yeah it can be super frustrating when the AI cheats sometimes, but it's usually pretty entertaining
