This is only my second critique ever and bear in mind myself no expert so here goes..
To begin the clothes need more texture, you know wrinkles and folds like you'd see on real clothes, unless you aren't going for that look.
I like the blood stains though and the background is great, perfect atmosphere for the mood the picture has.
Great expression but the top of the head is kinda flat.
