It is a painting after a freeze frame from Blood the Last Vampire . I didn't want to stick 100% to the freeze frame (which would be boring anyways, wouldn't it?).

Thanks! The atmosphere of that scene in the movie is really nice. I loved the color scheme and tried to enhance it a little to make it more "artificial" and anime-looking
