Russian women yes, not so much the men lol
My dearest friend is Russian, Russian women take pride in appearance and their health, my friend is fit as hell, stunning to look at yet all the time moans if she has put on 1 lb.
Also given the fact they do not live on junk food has to be a great factor.
Even after marriage they know to keep a man interested you don;t let yourself go.
If only English and American women felt the same, i have been married twice and both times Β my wives doubled in weight after marriage
