Ok, so before anyone says ''omg you have ruined Unwanted House Guest!'' let me explain myself:
A friend and I were joking that Unwanted House Guest (UHG for short) unlike other creepypastas, such as Jeff the killer or BEN, would never get fangirls due to his unattractive appearance. Because of this we thought we could make UHG more popular by making a headcanon that said that UHG is actually wearing a cursed mask that changes his appearance in order to be more terrifying since he's not scary looking (maybe a little creepy XD) underneath it.
I'm leaving the headcanon here =3

Unwanted House Guest headcanon (UHG):
He's a hybrid between a human and a demon. In correct terms he's half ''shadowlurker'', a type of demon who feeds on human fear. During his youth, due to his non-frightening appearance, he had to follow his father, who was a demon, to feed on his victims.

The rest of the demons of his species were convinced he wasn't going to survive because of his inability to scare humans. This changed when one day his father got an ancient cursed mask which could completely change his face and voice into the UHG we know today.

Though it wasn't only the way he looked what made him infamous (there were much worse looking demons). It was his incredible ability to cause fear on people's hearts, to make his victims paranoid and the way he could cause terror with just a catchphrase. Not to mention all the mental tortures he learned AND perfected. He was determined to be the creepiest shadowlurker ever to prove wrong all those demons who judged him.

And he actually made it.
