I think it was just ilford with extra vignette.
Maybe I played with overexposure and underexposure, I can't remember.

Are you using Vignette app too?

Yeah I have it on my Samsung Galaxy Ace but I don't use it very often. Probably because I haven't bothered to work out how to use it properly

Just checked last version of Vignette.

DAMN, IT'S HORRIBLE!
Luckily, all the old content is still available, now it's just hidden under "New Effect" (new? wtf?..)

By the way, maybe you accidentally using Instagram ?
