Haha, I like the red-headed stepchild analogy.  I've just made a profile page for G2 Snarl and the bio's pretty similar to comment (wording's a little different though )As far as the toys go, I thinks he's my favourite in dinosaur mode.

Yep, I saw that one!

BTW I found a fantastic resource online a few years back ... a kind of expanded version of the tech specs and Who's Who, which featured sections on Transformers written by their allies e.g. Starscream's bio was written from Megatron's perspective. Wish I could find that site again, it made for fantastic reading.

Have read Dreamwave's More than Meets the Eye series?  Quite a few of those bio's are written in third bot perspectives.  I'm pretty sure Starscream's is by Megatron in that too.

That's probably it! Somebody uploaded all the bios online and I spent a great afternoon reading a load of them. I remember the Grimlock one was done by Optimus Prime and when it came to talking about Grimlock's strength, Prime wrote something like 'Some say Grimlock is even stronger than myself and I'm grateful that I've never been forced to find out whether that's true.'

Must track down those bios again
