Occupation: Team Magna (first iteration) second-in-command, High Officer of the Xaihynes Council

Bio: Born on her home planet of Xaihynes, Jewelfire's greatest aspiration in life was to be a police officer for the Council. The Council was the governing body of the planet, and ruled it with a fairly generous hand. Their justice system and officers were well-regarded among multiple worlds. Kythaela worked her way up through the academy with great success. Once she graduated, she was quickly promoted for her excellent work and gung-ho attitude. However, her fall from grace was yet to come.

Kythaela was assigned to a high-value target with her partner and several other officers. The objective was to breach his complex, incapacitate and retrieve him. The mission became a complete disaster. Someone had tipped off the target, and the complex was rigged with defense systems and filled with hired guns. All of the officers were killed except for Kythaela, who was left injured and disgraced. To make matters worse, she was blamed for the incident's failure and cast out as a fugitive from the law. Going on the run, she exiled herself from Xaihynes, placing a personal ship on a random course, and escaping in a hail of fire from her former fellow officers. As the ship shot off into the void of space, she placed herself into a stasis pod and hoped for the best.

Approximately 4 years later, Kythaela awoke from her stasis pod to the sound of alarms going off around her. Her ship was tearing through the atmosphere of Earth, and crashed on the mysterious Aegis Island - Home of the enigmatic superhero group Aegis Inc., a group of immortals and cosmic heroes who are tasked with defending Earth from massively powerful threats. It was at this time when the American superhero Blueman (Joel Kingsley), a well-respected if less powerful member of the group, brought her home to the United States. The President took great interest in her and offered her a spot on the new government-sponsored Team Magna. As alien entities and heroes were more common, it would be easier for the public to accept her presence on the team. Taking the name Jewelfire, she became a well-trusted senior member of the team.

Personality: While Jewelfire does not have much knowledge of Earth's people and culture, she does not appear to have any curiosity or animosity towards them. Rather, she sees them simply as another home to protect. In a way, it is a continuation of her former career on Xaihynes. She is trusted by nearly everyone on the team, and treats her teammates with a friendly respect.

Powers

Kinetic Bolt Projection - The gem on Jewelfire's forehead is a standard-issue weapon for Xaihynes Council High Officers. It allows the wearer to psychically project pink bolts of kinetic energy. These bolts are purely kinetic force and do not give off heat.
Flight - Jewelfire has the natural ability to fly without outside influence.

Abilities

Xaihynes Police Training - Through training, Jewelfire has gained aboved-average detective skills, expert hand-to-hand combat skills, and training with various alien weapons

Author's Note: Another Team Magna member. Jewelfire has also been around for a while, but not as fleshed out as most other characters I have. When I started writing this all I had was "alien cop who crash landed on Earth and is now a superhero". It was a drag to write it all out, but it's done and now it's canon.
