Nice, I like the soft coloring to the hair and skin. Eyes and hair look cool. I think you should darken the shading on the clothing a bit, make some of the foldings look more apparent and defined or separate from other particles of clothing like the clothing around the hand looks a bit merged with the clothing on the body because of the light/smoothed shading. Overall though it looks great. :3
