Adoption Process

→ First come, first served. Post in the comments to claim. Adopts are posted on FA + Twitter as well; I check timestamps.
→ I will only do holds for repeat customers who have not received late payment warnings & friends/mutuals, and only up to 48h.
→ Payment via Paypal invoice only. Please be ready to pay immediately. If payment is not made within 24 hours of acceptance of your claim, your claim may be canceled.

Ownership Terms
→ Designs may be re-sold, traded, or gifted.
→ Designs come only with personal use rights; commercial use is prohibited.
→ Feel free to adjust proportions, define a gender or sex, etc. as you please. You are not allowed to edit the original artwork without permission.

→ All of my adopts are drawn with the intent and understanding that they are adults and will be portrayed as such.

→ If posting to toyhou.se, you must credit me as abakkus on-site.

FAQ

> If I buy an adopt, do I have to keep them to the theme (eg do Pokemon gijinka adopts have to stay as Pokemon OCs)?
Nope! Once they're yours, they're yours. Sometimes I like to share my inspiration or make themed batches, but I'll never micromanage what you do with them as a character, as long as you're following my very basic rules above.
> Are there species rules to follow?
Also nope! I don't run any closed/open/semi-open species, and you're welcome to create any kind of lore/assign any kind of species you like to go with any design of mine you buy. I only ask that you not use them as the basis of a for-profit species of your own.
