THE background looks like watercolor but I know it's not because I read FAQ and you said you use color penicills can you please give me advice How to color this ?
It has Γ watercolor effect XD I know i have to color layer by layer but other advice ? I'm bad with backgrounds and when drawing is not big enough then if I leave background white it looks so empty ! 
Oh if I have time I think I Will color one of your lineart !
