I wanted a little sarcasm in it since it's two mothers who had 3 colts.
The first mother's cutie mark is wind carrying away the seeds off a blowing flower; supposing that wherever the mare goes she spreads love and happiness to grow where it's bare the most. She is a therapist maybe? Your choice.

The second mother's cutie mark is a heart leaking a drop of blood. I am guessing she is a doctor-in-training and has constant stress issues over trying to do perfectly on all of her tests(much like Twilight) which is why she's a good pair for the first mother for her love and care. Whoever adopts them is up to each other to see if they still want their destinies the same and still a loving pair.
