(Hope you don't mind that I jump on this project to re-design and expand on the faction settings, I grew bored of the same artstyle so this is my way of practicing a more realistic one)

Charlie Company is a post-apocalyptic faction that originated from a successful construction and demolition company before the apocalypse. Led by a 19-year-old CEO, Duncan Charles Jr., following the deaths of his father and elder brothers, the faction is governed by a corporate hierarchy, with the CEO at the helm. Despite doubts about his leadership due to his youth and inexperience, the faction adheres to the established hierarchy out of respect for the family lineage.

Their ideology is rooted in corporatism, emphasizing collaboration between government, businesses, and labor unions for the common good. They operate on a meritocratic system and prioritize the well-being of their citizens through infrastructure development, public services, and social programs. Charlie Company's main city, Columbia, stands as a testament to their construction expertise, offering safety, cleanliness, and prosperity to its inhabitants.

The faction's military force, known as "Operators," is well-trained and equipped, wearing distinctive orange helmets and Safety gear symbolizing their origins as a construction company. They defend their territory aggressively against external threats while seeking to expand their influence through trade and diplomacy.

In addition, Charlie Company is in alliance with two other prominent factions, working together to sustain the city of Columbia. This alliance allows for mutual support, resource sharing, and collaborative efforts to maintain stability and prosperity within their territories.
