"Alright people, these sharks are thinking hard and clear. So here is the riddle: What does a 8.000 pound makoshark with a brain the size of a flathead v-8 and no natural predators think about ?

Along with Jaws and Peter Benchleys Creature, this one is my favourite shark movie. Its has many things i like, sharks, genetic experimentation gone wrong, awseome music and sharks. Its a movie that has been held in a higher regard these days than 24 years ago. I really enjoy that they use mako sharks as its one of my favourite sharks in the world.

Plus using animatronics and Cgi combined is a winner in my book. The plot is that the scientis Susan Mcallister along with her collegues tries to find a cure for alzheimer. They enlarge the brains on three makos in order to gain more protein that can be used for the cure. Only sideeffect is that the sharks a alot smarter and dont like to have needled poked into them all the time. I think you can figure out what happens next...

Gen 2 is the alpha female and the biggest of the sharks, bigger than a great white. Add the makos speed and the enlarged brain and you dont want to share the water with her.
